Little Garden

I went out the other day trying to find a 'bigger part of town,' but there's really not much here. I found more forest trails, and city hall, but there wasn't much to do around cityhall- like in the other German cities. I also found this little garden with memorials inside. The little building-type one says "Our Dead" across the top and the plaque lists the men killed in World War 1. The text across the top of the plaque mentions, They sacrified (their lives) for counrty and Fatherland (and were) killed in world war. It's kind of sad, if you read over the names. Some last names are listed 3 or more times, and, being from this small town, must've all been brothers. The bottom picture is another memorial for a war in the 19th century. The writings on it mentioned 'the fight for the Fatherland.' There wasn't a memorial in the park for any dead from WW2.
